1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KarnaKreative Content Manager multi-tenant platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization ("Tenant"), you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Multi-Tenant Accounts & Subdomains
Upon provisioning, Tenants are assigned an isolated workspace subdomain (`tenant.karnakreative.com`). The Tenant Administrator is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials and managing staff user permissions within their workspace.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Tenants and invited staff members agree NOT to:
- Attempt to bypass tenant isolation boundaries or access data belonging to other organizations.
- Upload malicious scripts, ransomware, or illegal content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or overload API rate limits.
4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Tenant Content: Tenants retain sole ownership of all files, assets, client data, and media uploaded or synchronized to the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over Tenant content.
5. SLA & Uptime Commitments
We target 99.9% service availability for Enterprise Multi-Tenant workspaces. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance.
6. Google Drive Services
Synchronization features rely on Google Cloud OAuth API services. Tenants must ensure compliance with Google API Terms of Service. We are not liable for outages caused by Google API disruptions.
7. Subscription & Billing
Multi-tenant plans are billed according to selected seat counts, client limits, and synchronization frequency. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KarnaKreative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or data loss.
9. Termination & Offboarding
Either party may terminate the workspace agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, Tenants may request a full export of metadata and database activity logs.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
